Limits
Accounts migrated to Resolution Tiers receive a currency allowance, not a fixed count of free resolutions. Support Team and Suite Team receive USD 2, Suite Professional USD 5, and Suite Enterprise USD 10 per agent seat per month, capped at USD 5,000 annually. Only Verified Resolutions consume this allowance; Assisted Escalations and Contained Resolutions do not. Older accounts can keep different billing until migration; overage and possible extra charges are shown in Admin Center.
