Limits
A session includes all interactions between one end user and an AI Agent or chatbot within 24 hours. The first 500 sessions are one-time, not monthly. Builder previews also consume sessions. Purchased packs expire at the end of the billing cycle and are not prorated. Copilot is a separate seat licence and can be assigned only to selected agents.
