1.1 These terms of use govern the use of the website available at www.aicompare.ninja (the "Website"), operated by Martin Müller, sole proprietorship, Buttmannstraße 7A, 13357 Berlin, Germany ("we").

1.2 The Website is presented under the brand "AI Compare". In German, and when accessed through the domain vergleich-ki.de, the same Website is presented under the brand "Vergleich KI". Both designations refer to the same service of the same operator; no separate contractual relationship and no additional provider arises from the brand used.

1.3 The domains vergleich-ki.de and www.vergleich-ki.de redirect permanently (HTTP 301) to www.aicompare.ninja and hold no content of their own. Access through those domains constitutes use of the Website within the meaning of clause 1.1, and these terms apply to it unchanged.

1.4 The authoritative version of these terms is the one published at www.aicompare.ninja/en/terms as in force at the time of use. Diverging reproductions, in particular cached copies or versions republished by third parties, are of no effect.

1.5 These terms are provided in several languages. The translations serve comprehension only. The German version prevails.

AI Compare is an editorially operated catalogue of AI tools. The site does not broker contracts between users and listed providers and does not operate a shop. The ordering is not a quality ranking. Clicking a tool link leads to the official provider page; any contract entered into there is solely between the user and the provider.

Editorial content

The editorial content for each tool (feature overview, description, pricing and plan details, limits, similar tools, and comparison method) is written by us based on publicly available provider sources. The content is not automatically generated text without editorial review.

Accuracy and completeness

Prices, plans and limits are taken from official provider pages and referenced with a source link. Provider changes can occur faster than our updates. In case of doubt, the current provider page is authoritative.

We make no warranty for the completeness, accuracy or currency of the information. Unverified entries are not published.

External links and partner recommendations

The site contains links to external provider pages. Some links are partner or affiliate links labelled as advertising. If a contract is concluded via such a link, we may receive a commission; the price for the user does not change. The selection and ordering of entries is independent of any commission.
