Writes voice text for AI avatars in short paragraphs with pronunciation notes and a placeholder for AI disclosure.

Microsoft 365 Copilot
In Copilot Cowork, add the skills as .md or .zip, or put them in OneDrive under Documents/Cowork/skills. Paste the instruction into the chat.
Automatic with a trigger
If the agent should start on its own, for example with every new email, you need a builder such as n8n, Make or Zapier Agents. The instruction goes into the system instruction there.
