Included skills
Add these skills to your assistant as well. Then the agent follows the same instructions for every step.
Prepare text for text-to-speech
Prepares text so an AI voice reads it cleanly: numbers and abbreviations spelled out, pauses set, tricky words flagged.
Pronunciation list for AI voices
Collects brand, product and technical terms from a text and suggests a respelling for each one for you to check.

Claude
Create a project and paste the instruction into the project instructions. Add skills in the settings; code execution must be turned on for this.
ChatGPT
Create a project and paste the instruction as project instructions. Adding your own skills currently works on the Business, Enterprise and Edu plans.
Gemini
Add skills in the Gemini app as a SKILL.md or ZIP file and paste the instruction at the start of the chat. Whether skills are available depends on account, age and region.
Microsoft 365 Copilot
In Copilot Cowork, add the skills as .md or .zip, or put them in OneDrive under Documents/Cowork/skills. Paste the instruction into the chat.
Automatic with a trigger
If the agent should start on its own, for example with every new email, you need a builder such as n8n, Make or Zapier Agents. The instruction goes into the system instruction there.
For developers: Claude Code, Codex, GitHub Copilot and Cursor read skills as SKILL.md straight from the project folder.
