Shot list for product photos
Plans views, backgrounds, details and formats for a shop's product images, with a check against the marketplace's current image rules.
Editing plan for image libraries
Assigns each image in a list the steps it needs, such as cut-out, upscaling, cropping or retouching, and records what must not change.

ChatGPT

Microsoft 365 Copilot
In Copilot Cowork, add the skills as .md or .zip, or put them in OneDrive under Documents/Cowork/skills. Paste the instruction into the chat.
Automatic with a trigger
If the agent should start on its own, for example with every new email, you need a builder such as n8n, Make or Zapier Agents. The instruction goes into the system instruction there.
