Limits
AI credits belong to individual users, expire monthly and cannot be pooled, topped up individually or transferred. Exhaustion causes no automatic extra charges; individual plan upgrades are possible. AI help describes sales-assisted setup while navigation still sometimes says “Coming soon”: check availability for the workspace. The base platform is in Germany; optional AI models use other EU/EEA countries and support providers may be outside the EU. External MCP services have their own terms.
