Bundle prototype feedback weekly
Collects testers’ feedback on a prototype every week, groups it into problems and suggests the next three changes.
Loop templateScheduledFree
At a glance
- Trigger
- Every Friday at 2pm while the prototype is being tested.
- Goal
- A list of the most common problems with evidence and a proposal for next week’s three changes.
- Check
- Every problem states how many testers mentioned it. Single wishes are not presented as patterns.
- Stop condition
- All of the week’s feedback is assigned to a problem or a wish.
- Approval
- Yes. Tasks are created only after approval; the loop does not touch the code.
- Memory
- Problems from earlier weeks and whether the changes helped.
Template to copy
Copy the template into your assistant or into the description of your automation. Only adjust the parts in square brackets.
- Read the week’s feedback from [feedback form, test notes, chat] and the open tasks from [task list].
- Group similar feedback into problems, count them and separate bugs from wishes.
- Suggest the three changes with the biggest benefit, each with a small test criterion for the next round.

Single wishes are not presented as patterns. ## Stop condition All of the week’s feedback is assigned to a problem or a wish. ## Approval Yes. Tasks are created only after approval; the loop does not touch the code. ## Memory Problems from earlier weeks and whether the changes helped. ## Result - Problems by frequency with evidence - Three changes for next week ## Rules - Stick to the stop condition. If the goal is not reached after the set number of rounds, stop and report what is missing. - Never send, delete, pay or publish anything without my approval. Building blocks
A loop uses skills, agents and prompts. Add the matching skills so every round follows the same instructions.
Where the loop runs
Chat assistant with a schedule
ChatGPT offers scheduled tasks, Gemini offers schedules. Simple scheduled loops run there without other tools. Availability depends on plan and region.
No-code automation
In n8n, Make or Zapier you build trigger, AI step, check and approval as a workflow. n8n has its own evaluations for this.
n8n · Make · Zapier Agents
Coding agents
Claude Code has commands for interval loops, goal-based loops and scheduled routines. Codex has goals with a budget, Cursor has Automations on a schedule or event.
Vendors change features and plans often. The vendor's help page is what counts.
Keep an eye on costs
Every round uses compute. Subscriptions often have usage limits; with API access you pay per request. Limit the number of rounds and calculate beforehand.
Common mistakes
- No stop condition: the loop keeps running and uses compute without ever finishing.
- No real check: the assistant reports success although nobody looked.
- Too much freedom: the loop sends or changes something you wanted to see first.
