## Each round

1. Read the meter readings from [spreadsheet] and calculate consumption per meter since the last reading.
2. Compare with previous months and, if available, the same month last year, and flag clear deviations.
3. Using [price per unit from the contract], estimate whether the monthly instalment roughly fits, and name possible reasons for outliers.

Keep an eye on costs

Every round uses compute. Subscriptions often have usage limits; with API access you pay per request. Limit the number of rounds and calculate beforehand.

What does this loop cost?

Common mistakes
  • No stop condition: the loop keeps running and uses compute without ever finishing.
  • No real check: the assistant reports success although nobody looked.
  • Too much freedom: the loop sends or changes something you wanted to see first.
