Limits
Repeated interactions with the same person count as one active contact per billing month. On annual plans, each extra contact costs USD 0.082 in Essential, USD 0.038 in Pro, USD 0.018 in Business and USD 0.0028 in Advanced; these overages are also billed monthly. Monthly subscriptions have different overage rates. A configurable overage threshold limits the extra contacts allowed.
