Credit use depends on the selected model and ranges from 1 to 6 credits per response per FAQ. Credits renew monthly on the 1st. Without credits, the agent is unavailable. Privacy describes US processing, encryption and RAG without customer-data training; the explicit no-training exception covers Google Workspace API data. Terms allow an operating license for uploads and aggregated/anonymized Service Data. Data can remain during the relationship and afterward for operations/archiving; workspace/agent deletions are irreversible.
