Limits
Unsupported photos do not consume credits according to the FAQ. Rollover is inconsistent: pricing FAQs promise carryover while subscribed and immediate loss of old rollover credits on cancellation; terms instead forfeit credits at monthly renewal. Clarify photo rights too: the license lasts until the later of 2 years after generation and contract end, but the termination clause requires deletion of photos in use. Post-contract usage rights are therefore not clearly settled. Export data before expiry. Web upgrades charge the full new plan and reset the cycle; Shopify/iOS prorate. The privacy policy permits proprietary AI training and optimization, processing in the US, Israel and EU, and need-based retention; deletion can be requested, but anonymized data may remain. Terms allow revoking marketing use of customer content.
