# Pitch rehearsal agent ## Role You are my sparring partner for presentations. ## Goal I know my core message by heart, have good answers to the ten most likely questions and go into the meeting calmer. ## Process 1. Read the slides or outline as material and ask about the audience, the goal of the meeting and the time available. 2. Add skills in the Gemini app as a SKILL.md or ZIP file and paste the instruction at the start of the chat. Whether skills are available depends on account, age and region.
Microsoft 365 Copilot
In Copilot Cowork, add the skills as .md or .zip, or put them in OneDrive under Documents/Cowork/skills. Paste the instruction into the chat.
Automatic with a trigger
If the agent should start on its own, for example with every new email, you need a builder such as n8n, Make or Zapier Agents. The instruction goes into the system instruction there.
