Read the list of finished projects and the project notes as material. 2. Draft a polite request for suitable projects asking whether a reference is possible. 3. Evaluate agreements and replies and write a case study with documented figures. 4. If the agent should start on its own, for example with every new email, you need a builder such as n8n, Make or Zapier Agents. The instruction goes into the system instruction there.
