Lexware Office
Lexware Office (formerly lexoffice) is the German cloud accounting software for freelancers and small businesses. It covers document capture, e-invoicing, online banking, a GoBD-compliant archive, and from the L plan full accounting with a VAT advance return and income surplus account.
Since 1 January 2025 all German businesses must be able to receive e-invoices; the S plan at 7.90 EUR covers exactly this minimum requirement. Payroll is an optional add-on for any plan.
