Each source can contain up to 500,000 words or 200 MB. A Slides source can contain up to 100 slides. A Sheets source can currently contain up to 100,000 tokens. Upgrades are regional Google AI, Cloud, or Workspace bundles, not a standalone NotebookLM subscription. Daily limits reset after 24 hours. Monthly limits reset after 30 days.
