Limits

Notetaker and Callie are available on Standard Plus and Teams Plus per vendor; access can depend on plan, account age and add-ons. Callie is beta and currently English-account only, regardless of country; Notetaker works with Zoom, Google Meet and Teams. Calendly says it neither sells customer data nor uses it to train models; external AI providers may not train on the data. Providers receive only data needed for a feature; Calendly currently uses OpenAI and may add other vetted providers. AI logs are stored with restricted access; there is no general AI opt-out, and users usually choose whether to use a feature. Processing and retention follow purpose, contract and law; processing can occur in the US or other countries. Review AI output before use.
