The privacy policy allows retaining and listening to selected files or excerpts to improve algorithms. Limits
Billing generally uses input duration including intro/outro, with a 3-minute minimum per production. For multitrack, the FAQ specifies output duration, not the sum of parallel tracks. Re-running the same production with the same files is free; new files or productions are charged. Processing failures are free, but failed external transfers after successful processing are charged.
