Limits
Free, Plus and Max have monthly and rolling session limits rather than guaranteed message counts. Usage depends on task, model and thinking effort; unused capacity expires. Additional usage is off by default and must be enabled with a spending cap. Annual plans are billed for the full term; cancellation or downgrade takes effect at term end. Extra seats are charged when invitations are accepted. Professional/Enterprise agent overage is USD 3/hour and index overage USD 5/GB/month; the FAQ lists USD 6/hour for Enterprise research. Optional SPICE is USD 0.38/GB/month; Pixel-Perfect Reports cost USD 1/unit/month with a 500-unit minimum.
