Accountable helps self-employed people in Germany with e-invoices, receipts, bank reconciliation and tax returns. An AI assistant answers tax questions; some plans add human tax coaches. Free connects 1 bank account and allows 5 expenses per month, Bookkeeping and Taxes up to 5 bank accounts, Max up to 10. It is not a blanket replacement for professional tax advice.
Max includes personal support and 4 coaching calls per year but has a minimum term of 12 months even with monthly payment. The tax guarantee covers only qualifying app-caused errors and requires, among other things, a linked bank account and classified transactions.
