Limits

Free receives 60-200 credits once without monthly renewal. Basic, Max and Scale renew credits monthly on the billing date. AI features consume credits even without export or saving. Vendor guides: Prompt to Video 16 credits every 6 seconds, AI Edit 10-40 credits depending on length, model and algorithm; image, video, music and chat edits have their own rates. Eligible subscriptions from Basic can roll unused monthly credits up to three times the monthly allowance. Downgrades trim excess; cancellation forfeits remaining credits at billing-period end. Individual top-ups are not available for standard plans; Scale 4x and Teams/Business are separately eligible per documentation.
