Limits
Free sending limits reset daily without rollover. Automation contacts differ from stored contacts; unlimited automation does not remove storage limits. Aura supports subject lines, text, images, translation and SMS; full AI email design is a limited-availability beta. Advanced AI such as send-time optimization, segmentation and recommendations depends on the plan. Prepaid email credits do not expire per vendor and have no daily sending cap; SMS pricing depends on destination. Terms allow Brevo to use content and usage data to improve its own AI features, especially for security. Outputs are not confidential or necessarily unique; do not enter sensitive personal data. External AI providers process data for features and legal duties. Infrastructure in France/Belgium does not mean EU-only processing: the privacy policy specifically mentions transfers to the US and India. Retention depends on purpose and law.
