A conversation counts after 2 end-user messages in a billing month; one spanning months counts in both. Anonymous sessions count separately, as do emulator and human-assisted conversations. Voice is Enterprise-only; 3 minutes count as a conversation. Conversation packs and AI credits are separate: automatic purchases start at 95%, and conversation packs recur monthly until removed.
