Features
AI creates and edits web apps; outputs and access permissions need review. These are source web prices in USD. Annual subscriptions are paid 12 months upfront, but credits still refresh monthly and expire without rollover. Starter allows custom domains and new private apps. Custom backend functions, model selection, and GitHub sync require Builder or higher. A free domain year comes only with annually billed Builder, Pro, and Elite. Further Elite allowances and Enterprise are not fully priced publicly.
Local development supports functions, data, and basic login, but still forwards other services to Base44. EU or UK data storage is gradually offered for new Elite and Enterprise apps; it does not cover all media, account, and billing data or guarantee processing only there. Standard terms include rights to improve and train the company's software. App ownership is therefore neither a no-training promise nor a guarantee of error-free or secure apps.

Limits
Free includes 25 message credits/month capped at 5 per day, 100 integration credits/month, and up to 5 apps. A prompt does not always cost one credit: work and model determine usage. Workspace allowances are shared across members and apps. Built-in services and automations can consume integration credits in the published product; those user actions fail when the pool is empty. Your own external API calls are billed by the third party; built-in Base44 calls remain metered separately.
