Limits
Free, Standard and Pro allow 3, 15 and 300 downloads per month. The EULA also caps generation at 5 concurrent compositions, 100 per hour, 400 per 24 hours and 4,000 stored compositions. The active plan determines the license when a track is downloaded. Pro transfers copyright under the contract but does not remove restrictions on competing services, certain bulk licensing uses or model training. The EULA defines Enterprise as a business with at least 3 employees and over USD 300,000 in revenue in the preceding year. Upload Influence grants AIVA perpetual training rights to uploaded references. Accounts cannot be shared.
