Limits
Current plans have monthly email limits of 10 times the contact cap for Starter and Plus, 12 times for Pro and 15 times for Enterprise. These apply to direct and automated campaigns, not one-to-one or transactional emails. The allowance renews monthly even with annual billing. Overage can incur fees and, at a further threshold, suspend sending. Older contracts and separately purchased channels have their own terms.
