## In brief
Xinhua Yudian is the original 新华语典 offering also researched as a standard edition. The own Xinhuanet launch identifies Xinhua leadership and Xinhuanet operations; platform terms name 新华通讯社 as owner and operator. The originally registered 新华网股份有限公司 and that institution are not treated as one legal entity. Documented functions include AI questions, news subscriptions, knowledge collections and writing. Modules and rights follow the institutional edition. Vendor reliability claims are not independent fact-checking.

## Limits
The current web entry is limited to invited institutions. An institution requests access and supplies authorised phone numbers; users activate through SMS. Terms address adults with full legal capacity. Open individual registration is not offered. Check the features and rights assigned to the actual edition.
