## In brief
Vemus is the “未音” music app in the Tencent Music ecosystem, with Guangzhou Kugou as the customer contracting party. The own website describes conversation-, idea-, lyric- and image-to-song modes, editing and music discovery. Its service agreement explicitly connects AI songwriting to the original 腾讯音乐歌声唱作大模型 and lists 腾讯音乐娱乐科技（深圳）有限公司 as an affiliate. These remain distinct legal entities.

## Limits
Obtain the Vemus client through the official app entry and use an eligible account. Current privacy terms require phone/code binding for generative or publishing functions, including Apple-ID sign-in. Browsing and preview listening do not establish guest generation. Under-18s need the documented guardian consent and supervision. The software licence, source-song/template rights and separately required model agreement determine permitted use.
