## In brief
OCN Dongdong / 东方有线东东 is the AI assistant in the connected household offering of 东方有线网络有限公司. Its own provider group describes voice control, questions, search and generative poems, songs and images on an UHD AI set-top box. A later own group publication describes household use. The original AI智慧家庭平台 is represented here as its customer-facing TV/box offering. The TV service also includes ordinary UHD channels and video playback.

## Limits
The documented route serves Shanghai cable households with a compatible installed UHD AI box and additional interaction hardware such as a voice remote. The official group website names regional hotline96877 and the official 东方有线 WeChat channel for reservations. Check eligibility, equipment and available functions with the local provider. An unrestricted web AI or foreign offering is unconfirmed.
