## In brief
Privacy-oriented multi-model chat with a free daily limit and higher limits in DuckDuckGo Plus and Pro.

Plus and Pro raise limits and model access and bundle VPN plus other privacy services. Plus costs EUR 9.99 monthly or EUR 99.99 yearly; Pro costs EUR 19.99 or EUR 199.99.

## Limits
Duck.ai is free with an unpublished daily limit. In Germany, Plus costs €9.99 monthly or €99.99 annually including VAT and raises the limits. Pro costs €19.99 monthly or €199.99 annually and provides twice the Plus limits plus additional model options. By default, Duck.ai does not record or store chats. DuckDuckGo removes identifying metadata before forwarding requests and requires model providers not to train on chats and to use zero data retention. As a documented exception, OpenAI requests may remain in short-term memory for prompt caching for up to one hour; optional sync stores chats end-to-end encrypted.
